Another great example of crowd funding, the dumpling bike has raised more than $20,000 via a Pozible campaign and is now serving food at William Street, opposite the casino in Brisbane. It’s an initiative of Street Food Australia, designed by Pearler and even has the support of local celebrity chef, Luke Nguyen.
