It’s one of the cheapest units on the board, could have potential if I pick up Water Works but it also doesn’t have a high return. On top of that, it’s got to be one of the ugliest designs too! Back in the real world, electrical infrastructure cuts across continents, but it too, is pretty ugly! Enter Choi + Shine Architects.
